General Cleaning starts from AED 39 per hour, and Deep Cleaning has fixed prices based on your property type and size. All prices include VAT, and there are no booking or service fees. You see the full price before you confirm.

No. You can use your own supplies, or add HomeMaid cleaning materials and equipment when you book for an extra hourly charge. The cost is shown in your price summary.

When you book, we reserve the amount on your card through our secure payment provider and take it after your service. If your booking is more than 6 days away, we take the payment when you book, because a card hold only lasts about a week. If you cancel, the hold is released or you are refunded under our Booking & Cancellation Policy: free up to 6 hours before the start.

Choose your service, area and home size, pick any add-ons, then choose a date and start time. It takes under a minute, and you can book up to 14 days ahead.

It depends on the size and condition of your home. When you choose your home size, we suggest the hours for one professional. For example, a 2-bedroom home usually needs about 3 hours of General Cleaning.

Yes, if a slot is available. Same-day bookings need at least 2 hours' notice.

Yes. Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 6 hours before your booking start time. Fees apply after that, as set out in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Please make sure our team can access your home at the booked time. If we cannot reach you or get access, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

HomeMaid starts approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days. They go back to your original payment method, and timing then depends on your bank.

General Cleaning is routine maintenance for homes that are cleaned regularly. Deep Cleaning goes further, removing built-up grease, dust, soap scum and limescale from kitchens, bathrooms and the places routine cleaning misses.

Not as part of General Cleaning, but you can add fridge, oven and microwave cleaning as add-ons when you book.

No. For safety, our team cleans areas that can be reached without moving heavy furniture, dismantling fixtures or using ladders.
